DPM was founded by Paul Ziajski who has owned and managed various properties since 1997. With over a decade of practical experience, Paul is well-informed in many aspects of operating profitable, safe, and legal investment properties in the state of New Jersey. His hands-on approach also enabled Paul to acquire working knowledge of many home improvement skills necessary to maintain and improve properties.
